The Antimonopoly Office has confirmed, based on expert opinions, that the exclusion of the Porr, Vinci and Marti (PVM) consortium from the tender for the second part of the Prague Metro D from Olbrachtova to Nové Dvory was in order. The decision is not yet final and can be appealed to the President of the Office.
