The judge of the Audiencia Nacional (AN) José Luis Calama has taken another step to sit on the bench Álvaro Romillo, alias 'CryptoSpain', the businessman who gave 100,000 euros to the Euro MP Luis 'Alvise' Pérez, by ending the investigation of the case on the alleged pyramidal scam committed through the platform of investment in cryptocurrencies Madeira Invest Club (MIC).
The investigator of the National High Court terminates the proceedings and refers them to the Criminal Chamber “for the purpose of holding the appropriate oral trial”.
