The African American Heritage Festival is educating the public about the history of Blair County

ALTOONA, Pa. (WTAJ) — Visitors celebrated African American heritage in downtown Altoona to learn more about the history in Blair County. Hundreds of vendors and performers filled Heritage Plaza for a two-day event. The festival, initially scheduled for July 26 and 27, was postponed due to personal reasons from the organizers.
