HYDERABAD - Deputy Commissioner Tharparkar Abdul Haleem Jagirani on Wednesday said that the purpose of holding open courts (Khuli Kacheris) in different talukas of the district is to listen to public complaints at their doorstep and ensure their prompt resolution, as the district’s vast geographical area often makes it difficult.
