In Haridwar, Uttarakhand, the drivers of a Thar drove the SUV into a river to repair a wheel, but the vehicle became stuck due to high water levels. The occupants escaped unhurt. Police have also seized the Thar in connection with the wheel incident. This incident came to light when the Thar became stranded in the river while the wheel was being repaired.
