Thabes spotlights New Deal music at Headwaters Center for Lifelong Learning

The Headwaters Center for Lifelong Learning (HCLL) presents “WPA and Music” with historian and music theorist Emily Thabes from 1 to 2:30 p.m. Tuesday, Sept. 9 at the Park Rapids American Legion.
