Textbooks and course materials should be factored into the cost of a class

As a student of El Camino College and an employee at Pavilions, the cost of textbooks would be more bearable if they can be factored into the cost of a class itself. With student tuition and the rising cost of education, I believe that several colleges have not taken the measures necessary to alleviate student expenditures.
