A Midland man has died following a medical event during a Midland police trespass arrest at a W. Wall St. motel; Texas Rangers are investigating.

MIDLAND, Texas (KMID/KPEJ) - A Midland man died Monday afternoon while being treated by EMS services. Midland Police were responding to an advise-of-rights call at the West Wind Motel at approximately 1:25 pm. The man would be identified as 66-year-old James McHugh.
