In February of this year, a judge of the Tribunal des Prud'hommes d'Annonay was examining the application of 152 former employees of Tetra Medical, who had been exposed for years to toxic and carcinogenic gas. The latter asked for recognition of their "harm of anxiety". The court decision was to be handed down on 26 May. The court decision was postponed until 4 July and the former employees have just been admitted to harm.
