Tesla CEO Elon Musk recently stated that the design of the AI5 artificial intelligence (AI) chip has been finalized, and thanked chip manufacturers such as TSMC and Samsung. However, South Korean media reported that although Samsung received recognition, its 2-nanometer process yield is only about 55%, far lower than TSMC's 80% or more.
