Ex-Lions Cornerback Working Out with Saints Amid Federal Kidnapping, Robbery Case
Arnold is drawing interest from multiple teams after his release, and he is scheduled for an arraignment hearing next week in Tampa, Florida.
On Sunday, the Seattle Seahawks hosted free-agent cornerback Terrion Arnold for a visit, marking the latest team to show interest in the former Detroit Lions player.
The Detroit Lions waived Arnold on June 29 following his arrest in Florida on eight felony charges related to a kidnapping case.
Tampa police allege Arnold was the 'primary conspirator' in a February plot to detain and pistol-whip three people he believed stole luxury goods and $100,000 in cash.
Beyond Seattle, the New Orleans Saints have scheduled a workout with Arnold, while the Houston Texans and New York Jets have also shown interest in the 23-year-old.
Arnold is scheduled for an arraignment hearing this Thursday, August 13, before a judge in Tampa, Florida, to address the felony charges against him.
