The new Berlin rental mirror shows that average rents in the capital have risen again since 2024. Tenants now have to pay an average of 50 cents more per square meter. According to the tenant association, this is the biggest jump in ten years.
The rental prices in Berlin continue to rise: the average rental level is 7.71 euros/sqm. This is the result of the Berlin Mietspiegel, which entered into force this Thursday. It shows peaks of up to 28 euros/sqm in certain locations.
