Tempe may buy pair of historic buildings

By Jim Poulin | Phoenix Business Journal The city of Tempe may purchase two historic buildings on Mill Avenue. Those buildings include the Tempe National Bank at 526 S. Mill Ave. — built in 1912 — and the Tempe Hardware Building at 520 S. Mill Ave., which was constructed in 1898.
