It arises from a joint research by the Ministry of Education of Buenos Aires and the Instituto Tecnológico de Buenos Aires (ITBA). They warn that the type of relationship that children have with screens influences more on socioemotional well-being than the amount of time alone.
A study by the Ministry of Education together with ITBA revealed the average screen time of secondary students and socio-emotional welfare indicators.
