Teen girl charged in connection to fatal pedestrian collision near MacDowall, Sask.

The Saskatchewan RCMP says a teenage girl has been arrested and charged with failing to stop at an accident causing death following a fatal collision with a pedestrian on Highway 11 near MacDowall.

Police say the dead man has now been identified. He is not a Canadian citizen and efforts are underway to notify his next of kin.
