Amid a wave of alarming reports causing concern in Concordia and throughout the country, Technical School No. 2 “Independencia” decided this Friday to keep its restrooms closed during the school day, opening them only in emergencies, in order to protect students and staff and identify those responsible. The measure was communicated to the school community and is a preventative decision in response to the serious situation.
