Teaching hospital conducts first Sex Change Surgery in Nepal
For the first time, sex reassignment surgery (Sex Change Surgery) has been conducted in Nepal at Teaching Hospital Maharajgunj. Tribhuwan University Teaching Hospital Plastic Surgery Department's Chief Professor Dr Jayan Man Shrestha informed by organising a press conference on Sunday that the first sex reassignment surgery (Male to Female) has been conducted successfully.
