On Monday, the Santa Fe government officialized a proposal for a 7% salary increase for provincial teachers and public employees, in the framework of the joint negotiations for the second half of 2025. The offer provides for a phased update of assets, with monthly payments from July to December and a guaranteed minimum floor of increase in pesos.
The government offered an increase of 7 percent, in different stages, and established guaranteed minimums, updates for hospital staff and an extension of the incentive for perfect attendance to school assistants.
