TEA Ratings: Despite showing improvement, Abilene ISD still has several 'D'-rated campuses

ABILENE, Texas (KTAB/KRBC) - Abilene ISD still has several campuses that received a 'D' letter grade from the Texas Education Agency despite showing improvement at other schools. The Texas Education Agency released accountability ratings Friday for all districts and schools across the state.
