TDOT roadwork to affect traffic on Elk Avenue

Motorists traveling on Elk Avenue in Elizabethton should expect lane closures as the Tennessee Department of Transportation prepares for two roadwork projects in the coming weeks. The first project is scheduled to begin Monday, Oct. 5, on Elk Avenue between Holly Lane and North Roan Street near Pal’s.
