Taxpayers to get a break on spongy moth levy

GLADWIN Gladwin County taxpayers will see a decrease in their upcoming winter tax bill after the County Board of Commissioners voted not to assess a .75 mill charge for spongy moth control at Tuesday’s Regular Meeting. The levy was approved in 2024 and was to be assessed annually for three years.
