To the editor:It is with deep emotion and firm resolve that I announce my withdrawal from the USD 469 school board race. This decision came after much prayer and reflection, as I have watched politics too often outweigh doing what is right.I entered this race because I care deeply about our schools and families burdened by relentless tax increases while proposed handouts go to wealthy developers.
