The Austrian Economic and Corruption Prosecutor's Office (WKStA) has filed charges against businessman Siegfried Wolf in the tax evasion case, accusing him of bribery and incitement to abuse of office. Former Finance Minister Hans-Jörg Schelling (ÖVP) and a former head of a tax office have also been charged. It is about an unusual tax discount, a meeting at a motorway stop in 2018 and attempted abuse of office. The indictment was also dealt with by the Indictment Council of the Ministry of Justice.
