Initial Raymond James Stadium upgrade would require $73M in public funding
Raymond James Stadium needs $76.6 million in repairs and upgrades over the next two years. Tampa and Hillsborough County would be asked to pay for nearly all of it. The biggest projects are $30 million for new seats and retractable seating in the south end zone, $18 million for elevators and escalators, and $10.6 million for a visiting-team locker room.
