- President Steve Buytels will become CEO and join the board on Jan. 1, 2027, while founding CEO Brian Schmidt transitions to executive chairman, pending shareholder approval.
- Tamarack plans to expand pipeline capacity to Edmonton to mitigate local constraints and access diversified markets, while transferring non-core assets to Tributary Exploration Inc., a new publicly listed firm.
