Tallinn city center elder wants to terminate Edgar's cafe lease

In the coming months, the mayor of Tallinn's city center district, Sander Andla, will propose to the city council to terminate the long-term lease agreement of the Harjumäe Auditorium, or the former Edgar's Cafe, because it is not beneficial to the city.
