Last week, we were extremely disappointed to see the Nebraska Legislature disregard the overwhelming will of Nebraska voters by advancing LB415 to select file (the second round of debate). This bill removes paid sick leave protections from 140,000 hardworking Nebraskans – including people working at small businesses, seasonal and temporary agricultural workers, and workers under the age of 16.
