Dr V. Navin Esavik of Taiping Prison was rebuked by Human Rights Commission of Malaysia (Suhakam) public inquiry panel chairman Datuk Seri Mohd Hishamudin Md Yunus, who said the doctor would not have trouble recalling information if he performed his duties properly.
