The Concordia City Council will discuss this Thursday the amendment to the EMCONTUR ordinance, which will allow the entity's Executive President to be appointed directly by the mayor. The bill was introduced following the resignation of Undersecretary of Tourism Laureano Schwarzman from the CTM (Cultural Tourism Office), in order to "guarantee the continuity of the policies and programs that have strengthened Concordia."
