Taiko Drums Reverberate Through the Streets of Nakano: 33 Groups Perform at Tokyo Eisa Festival

[Tokyo] The Kanto region's largest Eisa festival, "Nakano Chanpuru Festa 2025" (sponsored by Nakano Kitaguchi Showa Shindo Shopping Street), was held around JR Nakano Station on the 19th and 20th. This year, the 21st, also saw Michi Junee in three locations, and the sounds of taiko drums echoed throughout the city. (Correspondent Miyazato Hidekatsu) 33 groups, including one from Okinawa, showed off their drumstick skills.
