T-Cats take 2-0 series lead to open playoffs

The Durham Thundercats have taken a 2-0 series lead in the opening round of the Ontario Elite Hockey League playoffs against the Saugeen Shores Winterhawks. The Thundercats finished in fourth place of the North Conference with a 14-6 record for 28 points, four points better than the fifth-place Winterhawks.
