Swissport to invest €1.5bn to further electrify its airport ground fleets
Airport ground services and cargo handler Swissport has committed to investing €1.5 billion over the next five years in new electrified vehicles and renewable energy. With over 25% of its fleet already fully-electric globally, the firm is hoping to push that figure up further, working towards a target of 55% electric ground service equipment by 2032.
