Maciej Świrski has been dismissed from his position as chairman of the National Broadcasting Council. On Tuesday, he revealed what he intends to do about it.
Out of respect for the Polish State and the gravity of the moment, I have decided not to take any action to reverse yesterday's (...) dismissal of me as Chairman of the National Broadcasting Council (KRRiT)," Maciej Świrski wrote in a statement. As recently as Monday, he declared his intention to remain in his current position, despite the decision of the majority of the Council's members.
