Swimming advisory lifted for two Shuswap beaches

Swimmers can safely go back into the water at two Blind Bay beaches now that E.coli bacteria counts have dropped to a safe level. On June 4, the Columbia Shuswap Regional District (CSRD) issued a swimming advisory at the adjacent Pebble and Sandy beaches, at 2475 Blind Bay Road, due to elevated E.coli levels.
