Swimmer Saved from Drowning at Lake Elsinore

A swimmer in the waters near the docks at Lake Elsinore Tuesday suffered complications that nearly led to his drowning. The water emergency was reported at 4:50 p.m. just off of Lakeshore Drive, according to the Riverside County Fire Department.
