Most chains within Petter Stordalen's hotel group Strawberry are stopping using regular butter - a change that could save the company millions of kronor, writes the newspaper ATL.
Strawberry is moving away from regular butter in its hotels, ATL reports. However, the hotel group insists that it will not be a total shutdown.
The change also affects hotels in Finland, including the luxury hotel Kämp. The chain estimates that the change will save around 400,000 euros per year in Sweden alone.
