Two suspects wanted in the murder of a man at a Broward boat ramp have been arrested in Texas, authorities said. The investigation began on Feb. 1 when deputies responded to a report of a suspicious vehicle at the West Broward Boat Ramp at 3451 North U.S. 27 in unincorporated western Broward County, Broward Sheriff’s Office officials said.
