Three houses were targeted by burglars in Neustift in the Stubaital. At first, the suspects were deprived of control, but could be captured a little later.
Three individuals, suspected of a series of burglaries on the Var coast, had been arrested on 23 July in Sainte-Maxime. During the immediate appearance hearing in Draguignan on 27 July, the defendants asked for a time limit to prepare their defence. They will finally be tried on 25 September 2026.
A group of men took a Diebestour through Neustift on Monday morning, in at least one case they also took prey. In one case they were disturbed by a 16-year-old who happened to be at home. A little later the police could arrest four suspects.
Police arrested four suspected burglars on Monday in Schönberg in the Stubai Valley in Tyrol (Innsbruck-Land district). Earlier that day, three burglaries had occurred at homes in Neustift in the Stubai Valley. A manhunt was launched. After the suspects evaded a traffic stop on the Stubai Valley Road (B 183) around midday, investigators located the vehicle and the men in Schönberg, as the police told the APA news agency on Tuesday.
