Suspected Lakurawa, Mamudawa terrorists arrested in Kebbi

Police say the suspects were linked to terrorism, kidnapping and armed robbery as operations recovered a rifle, a stolen Mercedes-Benz and rescued a kidnapped woman.

Police in Kebbi State have arrested 12 suspected criminals, including alleged members of the Lakurawa, Mamudawa and Boko Haram groups, over offences ranging from terrorism and kidnapping to armed robbery and illegal possession of firearms.
