The man is believed to be a member of a group that has committed several robberies of luxury watches in the capital.
Four suspects will have participated in the assault, using two motorcycles. In the escape, the victim followed the suspects and ended up hitting one of the motorcycles. One of the occupants died on the scene, and the others remain on the run.
