Suspect Arrested in Bike Theft

(Sparks, NV) — Sparks police make an arrest related to the theft of a bicycle earlier this month. Juan Gomez-Arredondo was booked on commercial burglary and grand larceny after he allegedly stole a bike worth 5,200 dollars on July 7th from the Worldwide Cyclery. Gomez-Arrendondo is a former store employee, according to Washoe County sheriff’s deputies, and he was seen with the bike at an event that day in Reno. The investigation is on-going.
