Man Stabbed To Death, Ran Over In OC: Suspect Arrested
Suspect Francisco Soriano Jr., 27, was arrested within 20 minutes after a stabbing and hit-and-run; motive remains unknown as investigation continues.
- On Jan. 25, a 27-year-old suspect was arrested after allegedly stabbing a man to death at Euclid Street and Baker Avenue, Fullerton, Sunday night.
- A 911 caller and witnesses told police they saw the unidentified victim stabbed and run over by the unidentified suspect, but Fullerton Police Department has not released identities or motive.
- Fullerton police and fire crews attempted lifesaving measures on the victim, who was found with multiple stab wounds and pronounced dead at the scene.
- Officers pursued and stopped a Toyota Camry that sideswiped an apartment wall and was boxed in on southbound Beach Boulevard near La Palma Avenue, where the detained driver was linked to the stabbing and said `God, please forgive me.`
- The Orange County Coroner's Office will determine the cause of death, and detectives urged anyone with information to contact Fullerton Police Detective Luis Ramirez at 738-5334.
