Suspect arrested following vehicle theft and break-in at home in Hanover

One person has been arrested following a vehicle theft and residential break-in that occurred in Hanover.According to the Hanover Police Service, on July 15 at 9 p.m. witnesses allegedly saw a male steal a vehicle on 7th Street.
