ABILENE, Texas (KTAB/KRBC) - A suspect accused of shooting a man during an altercation at an Abilene hookah lounge has been arrested.  Jorrian Moses was taken into custody for Aggravated Assault in connection to the shooting that happened outside Bravo Hookah Lounge June 1.  Court documents state Moses was caught on surveillance video confronting the victim and punching him before firing a shot, which struck the victim in the shoulder.  30-to-4…
