- With Brits holding an average of seven contracts or subscriptions overall, nearly nine per cent struggle to keep track of them all, while 26 per cent have forgotten paid subscriptions entirely.
- TV packages , energy contracts , and mobile phone contracts are among the most common deals where consumers feel they receive poor value for service.
- Personal finance expert Peter Komolafe partnered with Community Fibre to launch a monthly renewing mobile eSIM, advising consumers to "regularly review, track and monitor your outgoings" to stay in control.
- Control over bills is increasingly important, with 48 per cent of Brits preferring shorter, more flexible deals and 27 per cent of mobile users wanting to switch to cheaper options.
