The Prime Minister has once again acquitted Bertalan Havasi, who, according to the former Deputy Secretary of State, cannot avoid the ongoing legal proceedings.
The Prime Minister's Office terminated the government service relationship of Bertalan Havasi, Fidesz's communications director and former deputy state secretary in the Orbán government, effective October 1, 2026, on grounds of lack of merit.

According to the former deputy state secretary, Péter Magyar has thus "fired him once again" and announced that he is consulting with his lawyer about the next legal steps.

State Secretary Zsuzsanna Ducsay has now terminated Bertalan Havasi's legal relationship with effect from October 1st due to lack of merit. According to Viktor Orbán's press chief, the Magyars are trying a weak trick.
