Miguel Pupo is the champion of the WSL Trestles stage in California. The Brazilian achieved the best wave of the final, took the lead five minutes from the end and won the Japanese Kanoa Igarashi with a 14.77 (8.50 and 6.27) against 14.40 (7.67 and 6.73) of the riva.
