Blind Fitness, a local nonprofit that uses sports and recreation to empower people who are blind or have low vision, will hold its Annual Surf Clinic, 10 a.m.-2 p.m. Saturday, Aug. 16 at Santa Claus Lane Beach in Carpinteria.
