STJ Rejects Appeal From No Name Boys Elements in Case of Violation

The Supreme Court of Justice (STJ) today rejected the appeal by four supporters of the Benficist claque No Name Boys, who had been convicted, among other crimes, of aggravated rape.

The Supreme Court confirmed the sentences. Only one of the defendants sees part of the case referred to the Court of Relations in Lisbon, by mistake in the assessment of the evidence.
