We live in a state governed by the rule of law and we can restore the functioning of the Constitutional Tribunal using lawful methods, said Constitutional Tribunal Judge Anna Korwin-Piotrowska in an interview with Dorota Wysocka-Schnepf on the "Pytanie Dnia" program.
